MH43 - making preparations

Frist, I am sending this to EVERYONE on my list, just so you know what's up...

MH42 is almost over...

I do NOT start new events when the current one is still running, but once it gets close to ending I start working on the next. MH43 will be in the arena map that is included with the Classic edition that has been recently reintroduced.

I need a simple reply to the effect of "yes - I'm in" within 48 hours from the six people listed above. If you do not reply within 48 hours you will be bumped to MH44 and the "next person in line" will move up and have 48 hours to reply. The "rest of the line" (and in order) is listed below...

Also - if you want to be in on the emails as a spectator you are welcome to do that (I've had more and more do this - it's a great way to keep up with the game as well as get a feel for PBEM even if you've never played).

I will be making some changes to this event compared to ones in the past.

First, I'm using the "Classic" rules and only the weapons that are included in those rules. You can also only build your vehicle from "regular" cars and motorcycles - no racing vehicles or CA frames. Also no gas engines or fancy accessories like HTM's. Yes - this is a "Classic" duel. :-)

Also, ram plates will be banned from this event as the rules say they do double damage to the target and half damage to the rammer. I think that overpowers them too much and I'd rather concentrate on driving and shooting. :-)

One other thing... Though your design will be secret, dice rolls will NOT be. You don't roll in secret when you're all sitting around a table so this will be "tabletop" style. Also, no points for kills. This will be last man standing.

You have $20,000 to design a car and an extra $500 for ped equipment (Body Armor, Pistol, SMG, grenades). You CAN leave your car and attack on foot...
